5.2 Limitation of Liability

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO AGGRIEVE.TOP IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
